About This Training:
Leadership teams or working groups focused on joint goals will benefit from a coach who can help them facilitate the process of clarifying what needs to be accomplished, identifying obstacles and options, and keeping them accountable and supported as they reduce conflict and move forward towards greater success.
This advance coach training program prepares and strengthens the coach’s capacity to effectively conduct team coaching. Graduates are eligible for the ACTC Credentialing from ICF.
