About This Training:
This workshop equips ministry leaders and those called to support others on their discipleship journey. The program helps participants to develop a mindset and skillset that strengthens their capacity to lead, empower, develop leaders and purpose driven disciples. Leaders will find coaching an approach with a two- fold benefit: (1) Inspires members to discover, develop and leverage their God-given potential (2) Increase the potential of achieving the vision with less stress.
This coach training program helps participants with the capabilities to listen actively, discern, evoke awareness, facilitate growth and accountability – enabling them to help others grow and live more full into who God is calling them to become.
Who this for:
For MINISTRY LEADERS, This program helps ministry leaders strengthen the practices of transformational leadership by integrating coaching skills with Christian leadership principles. Participants will learn how to lead with greater presence, empower others, develop emerging leaders, and cultivate purpose-driven disciples who are equipped to grow, serve, and make a meaningful impact.
For CHURCH LEADERS, STAFF, and LAY-MINISTRY LEADERS, This program equips church leaders, ministry staff, small group leaders, and lay-ministry leaders with practical coaching tools, models, and skills they can use in everyday ministry conversations. Participants will learn how to recognize coachable moments, ask meaningful questions, and support people in discovering their gifts, clarifying their next steps, and using their God-given talents to strengthen the ministry and live more abundantly
For LAY MEMBERS and FOLLOWERS OF JESUS, This program is also for believers who feel called to come alongside others on their discipleship journey. Whether through one-on-one encouragement, small groups, mentoring relationships, or informal conversations, participants will learn how to listen with care, ask Spirit-led questions, and create space for others to reflect, grow, and respond faithfully to God’s work in their lives.
